Conditions of returns:

✔ Returned items bust be returned within 14 days (shipped within 14 days of receiving the item).
✔ Returned items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags/labels attached and in original packaging. Northman Bars reserves the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not adhered to.
✔ Returned items must be carefully packaged – Strong bags and/or boxes must be used, all sides & openings must be taped up. Northman Bars reserves the right to refuse the return if the returned items are damaged due to poor packaging.
✔ All Returns require an email to be sent to online@northmanbars.com.au notifying us of the return and the reason for returning.
✔ All Returns shipping costs are to be paid by the customer (excl. damaged items or a mistake made by us).
✔ It is encouraged that you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Northman Bars.

Damaged items & wrong item returns:

Please take photos of the damaged item and contact us via online@northmanbars.com.au to discuss the return within 14 days of ordering the item. If the item is damaged or we have sent you the wrong item, we will pay for the return shipping.
